I am coming for you, my brother. We will right this injustice together!

However, before I get there in two weeks time, I will need a small deposit of $5000.00 USD to pay the Ministry of Cambodian Immigration and Stationary Supplies for administrative fees. The small fee is necessary to ensure the release of 100 Million USD from an account in your name. It seems you won the Royal Lottery of Cambodia and was not notified when they could not find you.

Please contact me as soon as possible
