Nigerian (Ekene Charles Mbanefo) taken into custody at Calmette Hospital for Cambodia visa overstay.

PHNOM PENH - On 28 October, at 8:30am, a Nigerian man identified as Ekene Charles Mbanefo was taken into custody by Phnom Penh police at Calmette Hospital for overstaying his visa. He was staying in Cambodia with a business visa which was extended for one month in April, but which expired on 3 May 2017.
The overstayer was questioned by police and then taken to the Immigration Department for his case to be processed.

However, before I get there in two weeks time, I will need a small deposit of $5000.00 USD to pay the Ministry of Cambodian Immigration and Stationary Supplies for administrative fees. The small fee is necessary to ensure the release of 100 Million USD from an account in your name. It seems you won the Royal Lottery of Cambodia and was not notified when they could not find you.
