Cambodian Madonna Being Criticised Of Irresponsibly Misbehaving at a Waterfall Caught on Camera

Video and pictures of Madonna, a Cambodian comedian and performer and his team irresponsibly misbehaving and littering food waste around the waterfall were shared on social media and being criticised by the public for polluting the water and environment and wrongly accused the paparazzi who was disturbed by seeing the unforgiving act. However, some people commented that it was wrong to take pictures and videos of people without permission.
Question was asked, who was right who was wrong?

Depends whether or not the person or object photographed is a "special" person or thing i.e A senators sand mining boaty thing. This would then be an arrest-able offence of the photographer and a claim for millions in court by the poor person (thing) photographed.
Its all in the precedents............. all lawful.... all have backing by him and them.
