6 Vietnamese Were Sent To Court for Kidnapping Case

On 1st October 2017, Ministry of Interior opened the case of six Vietnamese accused of kidnapping another Vietnamese and being judged by Phnom Penh Court on 2nd October.
The accused were Fam Hongyong called Kien, male, 43 years of age, Yoh Hongveung, 33 year-old man, Tang Deukvu, a 27 year-old man,

On 1st October 2017, Ministry of Interior opened the case of six Vietnamese accused of kidnapping another Vietnamese and being judged by Phnom Penh Court on 2nd October.
The accused were Fam Hongyong called Kien, male, 43 years of age, Yoh Hongveung, 33 year-old man, Tang Deukvu, a 27 year-old man, Kem Lang, a 51 year-old woman, Kav Trilien, a 33 year-old woman, and Chin Chheknheou, a 30 year-old woman.
According to the police, on 27 September, Veung Yangteung (victim's father) reported to the police that his son was kidnapped for US$ 15, 400. Before reporting to the police, the family had sent US$ 5000. Instead of releasing the victim they tortured the victim and sent to the family.

Phnom Penh Court has been trying to seek justice.
