Chinese naval fleet on visit to Sihanoukville port

- On 30 September 2017, the naval fleet of the Chinese People's Liberation Forces of 3 units, including vessel No. 150, No. 532 and No. 890 docked in the port of Sihanoukville for a friendly visit to Cambodia for 4 days which will end on 3 October 2017.
This is part of Cambodia Chinese friendship co-operation between naval forces.

Bearing in mind the poverty in Cambodia, you wonder how much money was spent on these boats ?

Are they bringing a Hospital ship like US did or just coming for a nose around?
