Cop and cab driver busted smoking METH; Kampot

- A police officer and a taxi driver were arrested for drug use and trafficking in Kampot province in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Deputy Kampot police chief Louk Nheav identified the two as Bun Dara, 35, an officer with the provincial police, and Hun Sovann, 31, a taxi driver.
They were arrested at about 1.30am after police raided Mr Dara’s house in Kampong Bay district.
“They were arrested while they were smoking drugs inside the house,” Mr Nheav said. “Police seized seven packages of crystal methamphetamine, one shotgun and other related drug materials from the house.”...

I deduce that the CEO person must be American as they're always on about crack when really it's always ice. With all the coke coming into the country that may change though.

There's some weird shit out there. What's the stuff that makes people take off all their clothes and run around in front of cars ?
