46yo Russian man, Sergei Pavlenok commits suicide by bottle

On 27 August, according to Mrs. Bakhnakova Svetlana, the victim's wife, her husband, Mr. Pavlenok Sergei, Russian, born on 17 August, 1971, living in the BS housing area in Sihanoukville, had drank alcohol from noon till 5 pm. He then went to buy 3 more bottles of Whisky and drank until 11 pm. She further stated that he had argued with her, forcing her to run away from him, after which he committed suicide by cutting his wrist with the broken glass bottle and bled to death.
He had died before arriving at the hospital due to much amount of blood loss. The police have investigated and reported that the victim died of self torture (suicide), not murder. The body was kept at the provincial hospital awaiting the decision of the Russian Embassy.
