23yo girl kidnapped in Banlung by druggies

BANLUNG - Mr. S.S. and Mrs. C.T. reported a missing daughter, and the police targeted Varida Guesthouse in Akpivath Village, Laban Seak Commune, Banlong City. Police officers suspected a 22 year-old man, named Ken Soknath who lived in room 120 where the missing girl was locked up in.
However, he was not the kidnapper, he led the police to the man named Marn, the accused who kidnapped the victim and locked her up in another room at Chhun Pov's guesthouse. The three suspects including the kidnapper were arrested and tested for drugs use. As the result, police found three of them all positive of drug use. They were all put in a detention and filed a lawsuit against them as illegal acts and drugs use.
