A Chinese Man Kidnapped By His Guide at Poipet casino

On 17 August, 2017 at 1:45 pm, three Chinese kidnappers were detained after the inspectors found their location, a rental house in Balelai 1 Village, Poipet City.
Chan Shun, a 60 year-old Chinese man was kidnapped and blackmailed after travelling to Cambodia, guided by Mr. Chui, the accused who lured the plaintiff to gamble at a casino costed him all of his 1 500 USD, however, the defendant lent him 2 000 USD causing him to lose every penny he had. After the gambling, Unexpectedly, Mr. Chui took Mr. Chan Shun to a private room to blackmail him and his family.
Later, the victim's wife transferred 15 000 USD to the Mr. Chui, but for some reason the accused was not satisfied with this and began to threaten the victim to send him 29 000 USD more.
Fortunately, at 11 pm on 16 August, Mr. Chan Shun was able to escape and reported to the Immigration Department of Poipet City and filed a lawsuit against the three kidnappers, one of them female.
