Is Cambodia just receiving the scum and dregs of China, or is this typical of Chinese.

It's been receiving the scum and dregs of everywhere for years, China is no exception.

Border controls and immigration filtering are largely ineffective.

However, there has been an influx of Chinese nationals in the last year or two, so you can expect to see more incidents, double the number of people, double the number of incidents.

Casinos have always been magnets for dodgy types.

The question is why did Mr. Chan need Mr. Chui to 'guide' him? Surely he could have found the casino and lost all his money all by by himself.

Years ago, an American friend asked me to help him find willing woman.

He got offended when I laughed.

We were on Beach road in Pattaya.
