Chinese Accused of Public Disturbance

At 10:30 pm on 18 August, 2017, four unidentified Chinese men caused a public disturbance at Hollywood Casino in Sihanouk Ville. The suspects were all arrested and accused of breaching the peace. Lawsuits have been pressed against them, however, there was no confirmation of charges as yet.

The Chinese fight club is getting to be a regular Saturday night event in SHV.
If they keep behaving like this they will get at least a smack on the bum and a fine by the authorities.
There doesn't seem to be any real deterrence, so no reason for things to change.

Totally, I can't imagine what sort of stupid stunt I'd have to pull to get even a fraction of the attention these guys are getting. Whatever about their connections, idiots like this are getting deported all the time. It's still pretty concerning to see so many ignorant people able to throw their weight around.
