Working "with" work permit?
And they really need coppers armed with long guns to arrest on hapless Nigerian?

I had to look several times! Entered the country illegally, and without a work permit. Guns yes, maybe he had some form. It could be the immigration are getting on form too.

He's probably guilty so deport him.
