Frenchman PASCAL DURAND arrested for scamming in Cambodia

At 8:30pm on 22 July, Toeuk Laak 1 administrative police detained French national, Pascal Marcel Daniel DURAND, on charges of fraud.He was accused of habitually gaining money under false pretences, saying that his passport and belongings had been stolen, telling lies in order to get money from local people who took pity on him.
Durand has been sent to the immigration police for processing.
