Chinese bagsnatcher nabbed in Sihanoukville restaurant.

At 10pm on Saturday 8 July 2017, a 40 year old man of Chinese nationality was caught after stealing a woman's handbag in Po Kai restaurant, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville. The thief was arrested by police and he will appear before the Sihanoukville Provincial Court.

Is he down and out. Or did he get a bit of a battering. He is certainly down on his luck. I can see that in the future the police will be stretched with many problems with the lawless Chinese.

Someone's got a big fist full of hair wrapped up. Seems like he didn't go nicely. I suspect he's going to have more cuts scrapes and abrasions. Bully for the police!

A Chinese tourist was arrested and charged with snatching a Cambodian man’s bag from a restaurant in Preah Sihanouk province’s Bei commune over the weekend.
Major General Chuon Narin, Preah Sihanouk provincial police chief, said the man, who was not carrying a passport and has only been identified as Chong Liu, was arrested on Saturday night after snatching the bag, which contained about $120.
