Police save the day for Chinese victim of Phnom Penh phone-snatch.

12:30am on July 5, 2017. A Chinese national named Bai Seangly[sic], male, 37, employee working in Cambodia, had his mobile phone snatched by a pair of thieves on a motorbike on Street 107, Boeung Prolit commune, 7 Makara district, Phnom Penh.
Fortunately, the police were on the case and managed to nab the thief and get the phone back.
