Sihanoukville, Cambodia: A tourist from Finland identified as Riku Pöntinen from Alavieska was arrested at a guesthouse for acting crazy and causing violence while he we likely high on drugs, based on his behavior and social media comments about his holiday here.

From what we can tell, he's been in South East Asia for several years and was likely an English teacher in South Korea.

Mr Riku Pöntinen has been sent to the Sihanoukville immigration department where he will likely be detained until he is deported.
