Dean Robert Fortune, 51 yo South African, dies in Sihanoukville

It is reported that Dean Robert Fortune from South Africa died in Sihanoukville referral hospital on 18 June, after being admitted the day before. DOB 24 January 1966.

Had to happen eventually, Ric saw him the other day, he was a mess
His brother is the infamous Frank Fortune who had a hotel burn down on the islands - he borrowed a stack of money from a lot of people and did a runner.

^ I was just about to ask if this was the Saffer with the last name Fortune who did a runner owing a lot of people money.

Dean owned Otres Lodge at Otres 1. His brother Frank was managing it for a few months after his place burnt down.
