All these rankings are very subjective of course. Where is Charles de Gaulle in the worst airport rankings? Or Frankfurt? And for me Qatar is way ahead of Singapore airlines. Again, it is all very subjective.

No La Guardia or LAX on the worst list, no Incheon on the best list? And Air Transat in the top 10 airlines but not Korean Air? No Air Koryo on the worst airlines list?

It's obvious the person that wrote this list doesn't fly anywhere.

PR, you should have noted the source of these crazy rankings. It's AirHelp, which I've never heard of and completely disagree with.

yep,
i flew with Etihad the other week, wasnt impressed at all, stingy meals and shit in flight entertainment
Qatar and Oman air are far greater in my opinion, although ive started to go off the Arab airlines, some of my recent experiences on Srilankan airlines and Malaysia airlines have all been above par
im also surprised Air China is in the bottom 10? i had a 12 hour flight with them from Beijing to London heathrow and found it a really pleasant experience
how did Air India not make the list lol worst long haul airline ive been with, been with them a few times due to their ridiculously cheap flights to Bangkok Heathrow > BKK = £240/250

You might have added the on what base than rankings were made. And here they are for airlines:
AirHelp Airline Score Asks the Questions That Really Matter

Does the airline get you there on time?
How well do they handle claims when things go wrong?
What do passengers make of the travel experience?
And for airports:
We weight the score like this:

45% On-Time Performance
45% Quality of Service
10% Social Media Sentiment

been on many airlines and to many airports in the world, changi airport is definitely the best, its the only airport in the world that makes you feel you need more time in the airport, as for singapore airline its only good in business class or first class, economy is like shit, lots of other airlines treat their economy class better
