Phnom Penh, Cambodia: A foreign male driving a truck he stole was ripped out of the vehicle at a CPP rally, just before the Cambodian elections.

It's reported in local media that he stole the truck near the Russian embassy, and locals participating in a CPP rally intervened when he got to Daun Penh near riverside and dragged him out of the truck.

He is assumed to be high on drugs.

He will be sent to court for legal proceedings.

I think he got the truck from the Russian embassy area not Russian market.

The crowd really does like handing out a good beating, doesn't it?

The crowd certainly does. You will never see a one-on-one situation. What you will see is a swarm picking on someone and sneaking up behind and kicking someone while they are down. I think that's something that foreigners should be aware of. Watch your asses out there fellas.
