79yo US citizen, Edwin James, dies in Sihanoukville.

22 May 2017. The body of Edwin James, an American retiree, DOB 09/05/1938, was found in his Sihanoukville rental room this afternoon at 2:30pm. He had been staying in Room 14 in the complex opposite Star Crown Sports Ground (Sokha appartments?) since 15 May. It is reported that he was suffering from diabetes, and this is given as cause of death.
The body has remained at the scene awaiting instructions from the victim's family/US Embassy. RIP.
