Yesterday evening, 9 March 2017, around 5pm, there was a collusion between two motorbikes driven by a foreigner and a local man. The foreign man received a nasty gash to the head. It looks like he was wearing a helmet which came off in the accident. The Khmer man was also injured.
The report says the collision was due to "poor driving" on both sides.
The accident took place at Phsar Khleang Kraom road, Sangkat 1, Sihanoukville.

Having seen only last week how some of these hipster/wanna-be hippies/soap dodgers ride, I am surprised there are not a lot more accidents.

Looks like we need some new "wear a helmet" health promotion posters.

If it was one of those little candlesnuffer ones then it'll be in bits on the highway. That bit of road has a 40km limit and a bustling market, they speed trap there.

How long has Gandhi been in SHV?
Riding with only one shoe and that floppy, over the shoulder bag, looks French.
