Elderly Frenchman victim of phone-snatching.

Phomn Penh. On 3 January 2017 at 3.30pm, a 59 year old Frenchman was victim of a phone-snatching by two Cambodian men on a black and red motorbike. The victim's name is (probably) Bernard SCOGNAMIGLIO [Given as Scognamiguo.] The police have arrested two suspects, identified as Leng Kun,26, and Long lei Heng, 22, and have recovered the telephone and restored it to the owner, who kindly agreed to have his photo taken with the arresting officer. 59 years old??? Jesus, I would have pegged him at least twenty years older.

So the thieves stole a yellow phone, and they gave the victim a pink phone? Oh well, he looks happy with his pink phone.
