American Expats Mike Keys and Joel Fry Attacked in Sihanoukville by Russians

According to posts on social media by Mike Keys, an American expat living in Sihanoukville, he and his American buddy Joel Fry were allegedly attacked by Russians.
Mike claims he was on his bike about a kilometer ahead of Joel, when a car with Russians on it ran him off the road.
A Russian jumped out to attack him, but then realized gr8 was the wrong guy.
When Joel finally caught up with Mike and saw him on the side of the road next to the car, he stopped, thinking he had been in a wreck.
Then the Russian attacked Joel (the intended target) and beat him up pretty badly.
Mike threw a rock at the Russian, which made the Russian get back in the car and drive off.
Mike claims the Russian has been threatening to hurt Joel for 2 years already and is finally going through with it.
Joel has pictures on his Facebook with people who appear to be in the Navy, so this could just be the beginning of the story...
