Anti-Drug Police Arrest 2 Americans, 1 Brit & 1 Cambodian Woman For Using & Trafficking Drugs (Meth)

Anti-Drug Police Arrested Three Foreigners (2 US nationals and 1 British national) and One Cambodian Woman For Using and Trafficking Drugs
Phnom Penh, Cambodia: Police have arrested four people at a guesthouse located in Phsar Thmey II commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh city. The arrest took place on 08 October 2016 at around 4:30.
1. Chang Sreypeak, AKA, Lin, DOB 1988, she was arrested for drug trafficking.
2. Andrew John Sloman, male, English, DOB 1966, he was arrested for drug trafficking.
3. Safari Saara Ian Wood Berry (Ian Saari), male, America, DOB 1976, he was arrested for using drugs.
4. Chaponot Cyril Guy, male, Duel citizenship, French and American, DOB 1970.
Evidences found, 1.14 grams of ICE and some drug using equipment, two passports and one mobile phone.

2 out of 3 arrested foreigners had passports. Not bad.

1.14 grams of ice. Never used the stuff and never will but I would think hardly an amount for trafficking, I bet the average tuk tuk driver on beach road has more than that shoved up his arse hole for day to day dealing!

how is 1.14 grams trafficking? lol unless maybe they had evidence of them selling or something that tipped off the raid

What is the item in first photo? The white thing. Looks something like an inverted painters palette.

It looks like a painter's palette (not inverted) that has been used to test for the presence of methamphetamines.

Ian Saari has friends looking for him. One says he's been known to be an meth-head and that his family had been sending him money, but have recently stopped sending him money.

That doesn't sound good. Probably for the best he's been arrested and hopefully deported back to the US, where he can fall into his safety net.
