Two Polish tourists get their phones back thanks to SV police.

A 22yo Polish female and a 29yo Polish male, who had their phones stolen while traveling from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville on September 13, got their phones back thanks to the Sihanoukville police. The suspect was identified as a 27yo construction worker who had previous convictions for theft from buses.
