American Expat William Joseph Moore Dies in Sihanoukville Hospital

Moore William​ Joseph, an American, a Sihanoukville expat, was reported that he died around 8:43 am on 11 September 2016 at the provincial hospital. The decease passport showed that he was born on 16 April 1944. His visa is valid until 24 July 2017. The foreigner had been hospitalized in the hospital since 09 September 2016. The embassy had been informed about the dead of the man while his illness wasn't revealed yet.

....I knew Bill,he was a lovely guy,with a gentle manner and an easy laugh......He came over to Chiang Mai last year for some medical attention and as I was there at the time,I met him,I didn't know him well,but we were on emailing terms......I think I last got an email off him July or August,we had some mutual friends in common in Snooky.....Last time I saw him(last December/Jan 2015/16) he was staying at Roy's place-Snooky's.
