Unknown Disease Received Aid From Prime Minister and His Wife
Kampot, the provincial police chief on 07 September 2016 ordered his staff to bring stuff and some money from the prime minister HE and his wife to a man whose one hand was infected with unknown disease. The man was offered with free treatment until he recovers from it.
The man named Nget Ton, 41 living in Teouk Chou district, Kampot province. Adding that, the man was brought to the hospital that day. Police said, the disease on his infected hand is unknown and because he doesn’t have money to pay for treatment, he left it untreated for a long time.

PLUS is there some unintended and unfortunate confusion between *aid* and *AIDS* ?

THis poor fellow said he couldn't afford to go to even the humblest clinic.
That wonderful (seriously!) NGO called Medecins Sans Frontiers is established through Laos and treats everyone totally free of charge.
Is there NO equivalent here?
