Chrome = icon
Edge = icon

could be down to settings in the browser though.

Ah, so it's in the browser tab where the original favicon was.
Yes, I see it in Chrome, but not in Brave which is a clone of Chrome.
But, in Brave, the original CEO favicon has returned.

I use Chrome. No heart, but the original favicon is back.
