I will be coming to Cambodia next month. Can anyone suggest a Internet provider. Metfone etc

Depends a bit where you are going and if you are talking about landline or mobile. I am in PP and on metfone. the landline sux most of the time, but i get good speeds at 2 am! On mobile metfone data is pretty reliable and fast where I go. Some places smart is better and so on. they do not seem to share masts. grab a dual sim phone and get 2 sims, one for backup. I hear good things about cellnet for mobile but i have not tried it.
Smart use a sim based hoem wifi whcih is cheap and supposed to be 4 mb. Its basically a router with a sim card instead of a cable so no installation of fixed length contract, you just pay $10 in store and take it home
