Data Breach (Not at CEO)

I logged on to myfitnesspal.com after an extended period away and a notice came up saying there had been a data breach https://content.myfitnesspal.com/securi ... otice.html.

Unfortunately, I had used a generic password for myfitnesspal.com that I use for sites that I don't consider too important. So all the sites that were connected to that email address and had used the generic password needed to be updated and changed to unique passwords, in some cases enabling 2 step authentication or closing the account if I hadn't used it for a long while.

I use LastPass, which helped, but to find all those sites meant downloading all the passwords as a csv and creating an MSAccess database, so I could sort them and go to every site via hyperlink that used that password. There were about 30. Moral of the story, don't be lazy and use the same password at any two sites, it's just too much work.
