Just noticed that Smart has increased the data allocation on 30-day plans. They used to give 2.5Gb for $5, now it's 4Gb.
I've seen others recommend Cellcard but never seen a Cellcard shop anywhere and their website never seems to work. Smart shops are everywhere and at least in Phnom Penh their network coverage and speed is mostly acceptable, sometimes even good.

There's a Cellcard office a block down from your shop, WJF, on the Russian Market corner closest to you.

That's not my shop SC. I assume you're talking about Buffalo Sister on St. 456.
For the time being their old location on St. 19 is mine. I haven't bothered to change the sign outside yet.
And I noticed a huge Cellcard shop on Sihanouk this evening very close to Independence monument. It was closed.

Yes, I was talking about the new BS shop - my mistake.
