I'm from the Philippines and I recently got a job offer to work in a casino in Poipet, Cambodia. I've read about the place, and let's just say they're paying me well enough to consider living there.

I just gotta ask, are there any decent ISPs in Poipet for residential areas? Most of the ISP related topics I've been reading in this forum concentrates mainly on Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. Nothing touched on Poipet (as far as I've looked). So, are there any?

IF NOT, the HR of the company I'm joining initially suggested I buy a pocket wifi for my apartment (RIP latency). If I'm gonna be left with this option, what providers service Poipet?

as close as u are to thailand, u might be able to get a connection from there. My Thai ais sim works fine there.
BUT, when i am in Poi Pet, i just use Metfone sim via my tablet and use that as a hot spot.

Ah, I joined the right forum then! haha yeah I just need something to keep me sane in Poipet. I am gonna be leaving my friends, family and my gaming PC behind after all. 5mb will do since it's just gonna be me using it.
