Just read an article in the PPP about this new low-cost phone(it sells for $115 in Thailand. Has anyone seen it at a dealer's shop in Phnom Penh? And more importantly does anyone know the local price for it and even more importantly has anyone used it and have an evaluation of its performance? My closest big city is Kampong Cham where they primarily pimp Chinese junk. Thanks for your help.
