i need new email accounts, im not going any longer with this permanent security shit...
im banned from my own account until 21-09 because i dont have a telephone number.
anyone knows an email provider without telephone or other shit security checks ?

gmail is pretty lenient, even letting me verify mine with my android phone. uses the "google settings" feature on it, which generates a code without going online/etc that you then enter into the security warning.

If you're an Android user, go Gmail. Integrates well with devices.

thanks all... will try these...
with the zoho im not sure, think i tried already, and it said at some point "service not available in your country", but maybe i mix that up now with another one...
