Can anyone make this site work? It started operating in December so should be glitch-free.

I can't get passed page 2, the phone number section, the page doesn't scroll down and that's as far as I can get (using Brave browser). On Chrome and Edge, I can't even get the date of birth section on page one - the year is stuck on 2023.
Can anyone make this site work, is it me or the site that is dysfunctional?
Any assistance gratefully received.
