The world's best hotel has been named as a little-known boutique bolthole in Cambodia by TripAdvisor's 2018 Travellers' Choice Awards.
Viroth's Hotel in Siem Reap has just 35 rooms, along with a 20-metre pool, a spa, gym and open-air poolside restaurant.
Located in the centre of the Cambodian city in the Wat Bo area, the hotel boasts 1950s-inspired contemporary design complemented by large green areas and vertical gardens.
Rooms are available from TripAdvisor for as little as £78 per night, or from $95 (£67) a night if you book directly on the hotel's website.
