Phnom Penh BBQ/beer gardens?
What are you favorite Phnom Penh BBQs/beer gardens? My favorite is 54 Langeach Sros, but I have a feeling there are more out there that I am missing.
(I'm more interested in quality of food and less interested in KTV)

I like the ones in Toul Kork behind Rattanak hospital - don't have a particular favourite but they're all pretty much the same. Cheap meat and cheap beer!

There's one near the Russian Market, but of course, I don't know the name... huge meat portions for the price.giblet wrote:What are you favorite Phnom Penh BBQs/beer gardens?

You can't combine beer gardens and BBQ together. One is a, well you know, and the other is food .

Just don't drink beer there or talk about it, the Mod Squads are watching.

There are 2 restaurants I like on st 432 just off Monivong. One is in a red building and has large portions of delicious food for 10,000 riel. Next door is a white building with an open air patio on the roof. i also like small out of the way places as they're quieter. There are some nice spots if you explore.
There's a beer garden on a side street near the rock, which was the best bg I've been to but that was years ago.
Spov Meas on st. 184 between norodom and 19
A place on 107 or 111 near 198

$7.50 and it's all you can eat. The marinated chicken is heaven.

The ones of 432 just off Monivong seem very popular, as was mentioned above by ali baba.
My Khmer friends really like the one just southeast of the BKK market on the corner of street 392 where it ends. The food seems better than most.
