Chinese/Dim-Sum Restaurant Sihanoukville

I heard that there was a new Chinese/Dim-Sum Restaurant in the empty Emario Marina project on Hawaii beach, Sihanoukville. Since it is very close to my house and I love dim-sum, I beat feet down to the new place. They have been open two weeks but it looked like they had just opened as it was utter confusion. We made a large order to go and sat down to wait, and wait, and wait.
While waiting, the one person that spoke English told me that there was a roof top bar and I went to have a look. The bar looked ok, but the 4 flights of stairs were a killer. Simple bar, which looks to me to be set up for the many Chinese working in the (empty) new casino in the same empty building project.
After much confusion and waiting (we were the only customers) we took the food home. What we got was total garbage. I had to throw the noodles away as they stunk like they had been left out a long time. The dim-sum was terrible. We eat some of it, but tossed a lot of it in the garbage. What we eat had absolutely no flavor and was very greasy.
Give this place a pass and head down to the Holiday Palace Hotel/Restaurant on the far end of Independence Beach for dim-sun done right.
