I had not been to Monkey Mark's for a steak in a little while and I usually get there around an early 6pm. Yesterday, 5 of us descended on Mark's (with prior reservations) for a steak fest around 7:30pm. When we walked in I was surprised to find the place full of people eating steaks. I guess the word has gotten around. Mark said that in fact word has gotten out about his great steak dinners and he is busy every night. Since I'm a day person I was unaware of the new crowd of steak lovers.

Well, the steak(s) were the usual giants and wonderful. I think Mark should provide wheel-barrow service for patrons as it would be easier to get to my truck that way after gorging on steak. Eat your heart out vegan's, real men (women) eat steak. (otherwise we would be like cows and have cuds, not teeth.

Maybe you didn't realize this, but cows have teeth too. They use them to chew cud.

yeah i go past the missing monkey all the time as i live down that way, always seems to have a crowd in there now, not been for a steak since about april last year but always get a craving every time i past, best steak ive had out here, was a huge slab of meat!

im one of the weird ones that think people are weird when they want the cow still moooing on their plate lol
medium is about right for me, i prefer the taste of cooked meet, burgers, sausages, bacon etc i prefer them slightly over cooked than under, bacon and sausages slightly crispy, burgers with a good bit of colour, anything more than medium on a steak though does ruin it and make it too tough it does still need a bit of colour in it lol
