Some nice pics posted on social media today where everyone seems to be having a great time picking up these shellfish on the beach in Sihanoukville.
Anyone know what they are and how to cook them ? Some sort of mussel ?

fan shell, feather or axe callus, the larger posterior muscle is commonly called callus and is consumed as human food.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

I'm not sure if I would eat anything that fed in the shoreline waters of ShitsVille.

Don't they have a serious sewerage problem in those waters?

Looking at the photos the beach looks like the good old days,
I'm standing up, so I must be straight.
