funnily enough - it was left on the plate. we offered the staff but they wouldn't either..
the rest was filling enough for 2 people.
The aus and khmer steak were great.

if the korean steak was frozen and/or cooked to temp...it would be safe...
that said...the person who cooked ...plated..served the dishes would be a far greater risk...
it sure looks like a great place with a fine deal.
I will stick to cooking my own beef I purchase from Lee frozen food...locations in every major city in Cambodia...they even deliver if you call ..
Been partial to the Prime NZ ribeye from a steer.
Lamb lovers can get Aussie or NZ lamb as well.
