Spit roasted calves

When i first visited Cambodia, you saw lots of those spit roasted calves.
Now that they are no longer visible, anyone know a good one to try?

they were banned for inciting violence.
To be honest i haven't seen any around for a long time. I would also be interested if anyone knows where to find them.

yes, the bonzes saw them as savage and unseemly. sounds like it suits me to a T.
never been, smelled great back when i was taxiing in from pochentong and want to try.
it still exists, but without the spectacle, i don't know where to find.
Gen M is something of an expert on dining out in PP. maybe he will chip in.

Both dog and calf are still being cooked on the back streets around the airport and veng sreng st

Yeah, I think they all still do it, just no spectacle.
