Well, I'm not a massive Gordon Ramsey fan, but look at all that forest! It was probably like that everywhere once.

Thanks for posting this. Does anyone know the name of the guide? I met him a couple of years back, he told me how Ramsey had called him and seemed bemused that he hadn't heard of him (Ramsey). Seemed like a great guy and I'd love to do a trip with him next time but I've lost the flyer he gave me.
( ok got it "Monee", should be easy to find him )

Gordon sure didn't seem to appreciate the rice wine or that other curry thing he tried. Iwonder if the Khmer guy understood what Gordon meant when he said they have strong stomachs!

But glad I'll never be around those pretentious snobs on the prince/princess boat.
