Does anyone know of any Spanish Tapas Restaurants in Phnom Penh. Ones that sell this stuff:

Cinco Jotas jamon iberico de bellota! At around $1000 for that piece I don't think any tapas places here rise to that! :D

Sadly, I think you are right...

I did buy a pack of about 80grams of the stuff from Veggy's on 240. It was about $17 I think. I was surprisingly good. My gf asked what it was and I told her it makes you get a hairy chest. She didn't want to touch it after that. No way I'm sharing my Jamon...

You would have got "ordinary" Iberico Jamon in Quitapenas, but it's been closed for quite a while.You might try Luna Restaurant & Bar 6C Street 29, Phnom Penh again I dont think it will be 5j, but pic below looks ok. :D

It doesn't need to be that brand, as long as its Jamon Iberico Bellota that's the main thing. 36 -42 months old is probably asking too much!

I don't know of it's specific origins, but Khema La Poste have one in there as well. They tend to be overpriced though.
