NEW Restaurant - Bong Sushi

Opened today.
Street 15, between 130 and 136.
The menu is still small but the sushi is fresh - made to order and YUM!
Prices are incredibly reasonable.
I am so happy about this, I had to share.

I wonder if they freeze the fish as a precaution against parasites. This is a health requirement for sushi restaurants in most Western countries.

Saw this place under construction with the big "opening soon" banner over the last few weeks. I'll try it out next time I'm in the neighbourhood.
