So, once in a while I have a craving for a burger (quite often, tbh), but have yet to find any good ones near Riverside - and to be honest, I only found one good burger place in Phnom Penh - BBJs - but that is all the way out to Toul Tom Poung, and the 4 kilometers there and back is a bit much for me.

I have tried a lot of burgers near Riverside, but yet not found anything decent unless it was seriously overpriced, and nothing decently priced unless it had no resemblance to a burger at all.

I am talking something with freshly made patties, freshly prepared onions, crispy fries that can handle some vinegar without getting all soggy - so not Burger King or Lucky

I found a good burger..... by memory, it is the second or third corner from the night market back along riverside. It is a restaurant on the southern corner of the street in question. I have not been there for a few months. Really good quality burger.
Walk from Paddy Rice toward the Night Market. I recall there being a sandwich board out specifying burgers.

What decent seriously overpriced burgers did you find?

The burger at the Exchange is decent. Order it rare or medium rare. It's not too far from the riverside. It may or may not be seriously overpriced.

Larry’s does a decent burger. Haven’t been in a while so can’t remember the exact price but remember it was very tasty and good value.

Rustic is pretty good

Well, what I am really hoping to find is something like BBJ's - you get a seriously delicious burger for around 5 bucks. I know that I am on Riverside and there is a "Riverside Premium" of about 50% - so I guess I could go for like a 10 dollar meal if it includes burger, fries and a drink. It would have to be a pretty awesome burger if I am down a 10'er at the end of the meal, though. Looking at their menu, it seems to be Black Angus, so I guess I should go give that a try.

I do not remember the name. is not a bar.... proper restaurant

Larry's on st. 110 and Garage (opposite Larry's). A few steps from Riverside. A little bit more than $5 but they need to be if you want quality meat.
