Not a good week for Americans in Pattaya

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

No heart attacks. Definitely not news from Cambodia.

Pattaya balconies are known to have an extraordinary kind of gravitational pull to those from western countries.

The Pattaya Flying Club has many members. The Pattaya papers are a never ending source of fabulously depraved & salacious news. Things like a 2 meter, 125 kilo Russian being crowned by a ladyboy's high heel & robbed on Beach Rd. Bad monks camping in a vacant lot, getting drunk, having sex with the neighbor's dog, & then cooking & eating it. My favorite had to be the farang in Jomtien who distraught over breaking up with the bargirl he had met the previous night, hogtied & gagged himself, & proceeded to jump from his knees over the 40" balcony railing to his untimely death. Police concluded that the suicidal farang must have had money problems as well. His wallet was empty, & his tvs, computer, phone, & watch were missing & must've been pawned. Crazy farang !
