Caught on camera; Phuket Parasailer falls to his death
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

That's fuked up fer sure. I have flown a few hundred people of all sizes. Have flown many tandem rides.
Never launched or beach landed one.
Never have I seen a second person jump a ride. It was the guest that fell correct? Caribe?

WTF was that, what are they playing at, why did he have that other guy go up with him? Close look at the vid seems that the staff unhooked the guy then let him drop. Was he paid to kill him. When they started parasailing in Pataya I went up a couple of times and there was nothing that stupid.

Wow, that's freaky. As above I can't understand what the other guy went up for, hanging onto the lines like that, and then having to grab onto the Australian, likely causing his harness to fail. Very odd, poor guy was having fun and is dead a few seconds later. RIP.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

PHUKET: -- Phuket police have charged the boat operator and his parasailing sidekick with negligence after the death of a 71 year old Australian tourist yesterday.
Roger John Hussey plummeted to the sea just off Kata beach after he became detached from a harness as he was dragged by a boat. A video showed him falling around 70 meters into shallow water.
He was rushed to Patong Hospital but died later from his injuries.
Yesterday Karon police interviewed the boat driver Monthian Jandaeng, 45, and 38 year old Rungroj Rakcheep who went up behind the victim on the parasail.
Daily News reported that the equipment was faulty and that the necessary certification to operate such a business was not in order.
Both men have been charged with negligence.
