Came across this in a Google Search (don't judge me asshole, I was searching something on behalf of a friend), and I'm just confused. What's this all about?

Maybe they have generated web pages with random text in order to post links to their business - in the hope it will improve their Google rankings? Just a guess.
EDIT: none of the links work so I guess not, should be
