All good down at the beach, lake, on a sports field...but not really appropriate in the middle of a town/city.

Lot of Khmers think it's appropriate to show off their bellies at various street corners and urinate in public, so who cares?

Cambodia has one or two bigger problems to worry about, imho.

i dont know why, but for some reason whenever im back in england and i see people walking around with their shirts off, i think bad of them, i guess ive been in s.e.asia too long lol
i used to be the sort that would always have his shirt off at the slightest chance of warm weather, but now even when im down the beach in shv im always covered up, unless im sat down somewhere or the rare occasion i go in the sea

Was thinking not on the beach, of course.
And not in establishments.
But outside, walking in the city, any city, or countryside, any country for that matter.

It's analogous to a nude beach for me. You almost never see anybody who should be allowed to be nude in public. I've worked out at 4 gyms in SV and half the guys never wear shirts (or shoes for that matter). The pricks usually have a huge gut and leave sweat on all the devices. I cant understand why they need to subject us to their blubber. I've been in easily 100 gyms around the world and SV is the only place these schmucks can get away with that shit w/out getting booted out.

I see shirtless wrinkled old men and tattoed thugs loitering about every day. None of them are foreigners. Isn't a sarong or towel wrapped around a beer gut the national dress for provincial males? It's like tracksuits on an English estate.
