Here is a video of an older Cambodian lady with possibly the worst fucking case of breast cancer possible. I don't know much about breast cancer, but this is advanced, stage 4?

Honestly, I'm not even sure what breast cancer looks like, so I can't even say with certainty that that's what it is. Is it?

I can only assume that this is what happens when you get no treatment for it, and must be terminal at this stage.

Spoiler:
I'll put that in a spoiler, as even the screenshot might be a bit nasty.

I saw this video has been sharing around on facebook for awhile.

Actually treating any cancers in Cambodia is really expensive. Many people couldn't afford it, even those who could afford it still ended up dead.

WTF? That looks like the Terminator T1000 after it's been shot. I'm surprised that woman is still alive.

Yeah, I guess that's why I wasn't even certain it was breast cancer.

I would have thought anyone would die before it gets that bad.

That's nastier than any of the shit I've ever seen on cigarette boxes in Thailand, and some of that stuff is horrific.

What we have here looks more like melanoma. Some cases have the cancer growing on the surface instead of inside the body. Of course, I'm only speculating on her condition. Anyone know the incidence of melanoma in Cambodia?

Edit: melanoma (skin cancer) death in Cambodia is low occurrence at 1.6/100,000 pop. so not that common. Source: World Health Rankings
